Much of our programs function through the use of text messaging. We can only deliver text messages through our supported carriers. Visit the Supported Carriers link to view a list. If your carrier is not listed then please do not participate.
By participating you agree to receive both SMS and/or MMS text messages as needed or required by the program you joined.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
We may at our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate any program offered through this interface at any time without prior notice.
In case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of the rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including the termination of any or all of your program participation.
Programs offered through this interface are void where prohibited by law.

VIP Offers program specific Terms of Service
By participating in our VIP Offers program you agree to receive up to 4 promotional SMS and/or MMS text messages per month, which may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system, to your mobile number.
